
Reception Consultation:
You will be able to reach me by phone,
e-mail, and personal appointment. We will go over your event
step by step together. I will take the time to learn your
wishes while working with you as a team player to create the
reception of your dreams.
Polished Master of Ceremonies:
Formal introductions with your grand entrance
will set an exciting tone to "kickoff" your reception.
Formalities such as your first dance; cake cutting and
others will be facilitated with expertise. Announcements to
your guests will be audible, prompt and accurate.
Facilitation of other reception appropriate activities will
be smooth and personalized to your desires. (Of course it
will be me doing this, but I didn't say so because I was
trying to be appropriately humble~ :o)
A Digital State of the Art Sound System:
Cutting edge technology will bring you a
compact sound system customized to compliment your choice of
venue and guest list. The volume level will allow your
guests to converse easily even as the party heats up. There
will be subwoofers on the floor to resonate with your
dancing guests. Speakers in the air use the latest
technology to energize the room without over powering it. On
wooden dance floors our enthusiastic dancers have been known
to vibrate the floor so much that the CD’s skip. Because of
this, you will enjoy the latest digital minidisk and hard
drive technology: virtually skip-proof.
The Wireless Microphone is Available:
The
microphone can be anywhere in the room. This makes your
toast, words from your guests, or even sing-a-longs
effortless and flowing. This also allows me a MC/DJ style that
is interactive and personal as opposed to one that is hidden
and tied behind the equipment.
Thousands of CD Selections Available:
Non-stop music is offered without breaks.
Many choose a light and festive backdrop as cocktail music.
Low volume instrumental jazz standards or classical are
frequent choices during dinner. During the dancing portion
of the evening, I play music that all of your guests know
and love to dance to. A nice mix for all ages and
backgrounds brings your guests together on the packed dance
floor. Traditional wedding dances from all ethnic
backgrounds are available too. I welcome your song list of
both "must" plays and "not" plays. Additionally, your guests
will be able to make spontaneous requests and dedications.
Dance facilitation when appropriate:
When your guests call for it, I lead the
participation dances. This is done without
interruption and "within-the-spirit" of the party. The
latest dances can be demonstrated and line dances can be
taught. Again, this is only done smoothly and professionally
so as to enhance the flow of the dancing.
Tuxedo for "Full Formal" Events
As your MC and DJ, I will be dressed
according your reception style. While a formal tuxedo is
standard, semi-formal, casual, and even theme based costume
clothing can be arranged when appropriate.

Lighting Enhancement Package
Dancing lights, which move to the beat, bring
the dance floor to life. Unobtrusive yet effective, they set
the mood to match the dance style.
Dance Floor Favors and Premiums option:
Liven up your dance floor with dark shades,
maracas, hats and others. These are placed into your dancing
guests’ hands during the appropriate song. This is a two
hundred dollar value. –Ask why I give them to you for only
one-half that price: A one hundred dollar savings to you!

contracted price.
Music for your Ceremony:
I can play the music for your ceremony. Use
traditional processionals and recessionals or music of your
choice. What about music as your guests gather? Would you
like your vows amplified or recorded? Hourly rates still
apply, but there is no additional set up charge if the ceremony is at the same location as the
reception.
Remote speakers for a separate cocktail room:
If you would like music in two rooms at once,
this can be added quickly and easily.
